Also, I like your envelope idea. I just write what goal weight I would like to be on a particular date. I go in 6 week segments and calculate about 2 pounds lost per week so I kind of have an idea what date I should achieve my weight loss goal. I love your "endearing" names for your hubby...funny have a few myself for mine but I can't publish them!!! LOL!!!
