The idea is to list 10 things that you want more than.....chocolate, cake, ice-cream or even just wanting to plonk your butt on the couch when you know you should at least be making some sort of effort to exercise. If you can't think of 10 things you want more than sitting on the couch with a bowl of ice-cream smothered in chocolate topping, then you can give into your temptation. I have a feeling that I will always be able to come up with 10 things that I want more.
Here are my first 10:
- See the scales drop at my next weigh-in
- Get into my dream outfit
- Be healthy
- Not to crave sugar
- Obliterate my unknown food allergy
- Feel good about myself
- Be a wife my husband can be proud of
- Feel happy
- Get to my goal weight
- Break my food addiction
I really like this idea!
