Goals of October

This month I would like to :
  • Re-start the 200 squats program (3 days a week)
  • Complete the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD
  • Complete a minimum of 1000 minutes of cardio
  • Complete a minimum of 5ks a day (treadmill or outside)
  • Start doing my arm circuits (every 2nd day)
  • Include some leg circuits where possible
  • Lose 5 kilos (thinking positive)
  • Track all of my food - this is my ongoing battle

  4. Hi again Jane! I LOVE this post!! You've inspired me to establish October goals for myself. Wow! There's no way I could accomplish those goals. I am slowly accepting that I have to take baby steps in order to achieve my weight loss goals. By baby steps I mean logging into my food diary at least twice a week because I barely do it now! Hence the reason why I can't lose weight at a faster rate.Not to mention why I'm currently doing a 7 minute workout, baby steps... Haha. Good Luck with the "Shred" I can't make it past day 3. I ended up giving my DVD to a friend. You're going to do great this month. You've inspired me to challenge myself a bit more.
