I found this recipe over at PBF and I can't really say it looks delicious, but it does look and sound very intriguing and I am willing to give it a go.
Combine the following:
1/4 cup of chia seeds
3/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
Small spoonful of sugar (1 – 2 tsp.?)
This has to sit in the fridge for quite a few hours. If you make it in the morning it can be ready for dessert that night or Julie often just makes it at night and has it for breakfast the next morning.
