Monthly Goals for May

I came across this idea of monthly goals over at All the Weigh and I loved it! So, I thought I would do my own list of monthly goals to help keep myself accountable.
  • Complete at least 30 mins of exercise (cardio) a day
  • Complete eight 5 km runs
  • Lose 3 kilos (or more)
  • Complete 50 crunches a day
  • Practice my push-ups every second day
  • Practice my planks
  • Start the 200 Squats program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
