- Complete at least 30 mins of exercise (cardio) a day
- Complete eight 5 km runs
- Lose 3 kilos (or more)
- Complete 50 crunches a day
- Practice my push-ups every second day
- Practice my planks
- Start the 200 Squats program for the Winter Ninja Challenge

I came across this idea of monthly goals over at All the Weigh and I loved it! So, I thought I would do my own list of monthly goals to help keep myself accountable.
