Goals for June

Well June has arrived and it's time to set my goals. This is what I would like to achieve this month :
  • Start the 200 squats program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
  • Start the 100 push-ups program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
  • Start the 200 crunches program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
  • Complete at least 30 mins of cardio per day
  • Complete eight 5 km runs (treadmill or outside)
  • Lose 3 kilos (or more)
  • Practice my planks and increase the time by 5 seconds each week
  • Create a small indoor circuit : skipping, Box jumps, resistance bands, stepper, wall sits, leg magic - 3 reps : 10 each, 20 each, 30 each and go from there!!

  1. Looks like a good array of goals Jane, inspiring! I will have to start the squats again, I haven't been able to fit them in regularly while on holiday.
