- Start the 200 squats program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Start the 100 push-ups program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Start the 200 crunches program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Complete at least 30 mins of cardio per day
- Complete eight 5 km runs (treadmill or outside)
- Lose 3 kilos (or more)
- Practice my planks and increase the time by 5 seconds each week
- Create a small indoor circuit : skipping, Box jumps, resistance bands, stepper, wall sits, leg magic - 3 reps : 10 each, 20 each, 30 each and go from there!!

Looks like a good array of goals Jane, inspiring! I will have to start the squats again, I haven't been able to fit them in regularly while on holiday.
