*This is me at the moment!*

Back on the Wagon : 6 weeks
- Eat Breakfast within 2 hours of waking up
- Have a small meal every 3 hours or so
- Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day
- Exercise as much as you can
- Sleep - get enough
- Have fun - make sure you enjoy what you are doing
- Track - write down everything - food, exercise and emotions
- Pictures - take before, during and after photos
- Processed foods - eat as little as possible, focus on whole, fresh foods
- NO eating after dinner / or in bed
- Exercise a minimum of 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 mins
- Encourage and support at least one other member each week
- Drink a minimum of 8 glasses per day
- Healthy Choices - read food labels, know what you are putting into your body
The doctor has said that I can do light exercise so I will start with the 200 squats program and some walking on the treadmill. I think the squats will be fine because you have to keep your back straight so there should be no pain as long as I do them correctly. I suppose it's a good way of making sure my technique is right - pain = wrong!
