Don't really need to say anything about this. I'd prefer not to mention it :(

*Restart Review - Week 1*

I came across Dani's Week in Review post over at TKDchick Staying Skinny and I loved the idea so I have decided to do a weekly review of my own with my restart journey. I have never sat down and reviewed what I have actually done or didn't do that I was planning to do and I think this simple idea could be just the thing I need to see me to goal.

The Good
  • I was careful with food
  • I used my 10 Things I Want More list - and it worked
  • I planned my workouts
  • I planned my food
The Bad
  • I didn't exercise enough
  • I didn't drink enough water
  • I didn't get enough sleep
  • I didn't follow my food and exercise plans well enough
  • I had take-away
The Ugly
  • I gained 300 grams

This Week :


I Won't . . . . . . . . . .
  • Eat take-away
  • Eat white bread
  • Drink Soft drink of any kind
  • Eat processed low fat foods
I Will . . . . . . . . . .
  • Exercise a minimum of 6 days
  • Drink my water
  • Be successful in my Fat Secret Challenges
  • Track all of my food

  3. Oh wow! What a compliment! I need to get msyelf back on track with that and more! I'm in a re-start process myself I'm doing so badly at getting the weight I've gained back off again.

  6. Yowza, 6 days of workouts! Good luck!
    I think white bread to whole wheat bread was probably the easiest healthy switch for me. I really don't even notice a difference anymore.

    When I am out of my regular routine I drink so little water...I'm trying to work on this.
