Today was day 2 of my 30 Day Shred DVD with Jillian Michaels. Although it is only a 20 min workout, my goodness it really does get the heart rate up. The exercise I feel the most is the squat press up using 1kg weights. My shoulders really burn, the rest of the DVD I can handle a little better. I just keep reminding myself that the more I do it the better I will get.
I followed the DVD with a 30 min treadmill workout and a 5 min cool down :
