This month I would like to :
- Complete a minimum of 1000 minutes of cardio
- Attempt 5ks a Day = 150 kms on the treadmill (or outside)
- Work on my arm circuits (every 2nd day)
- Lose 5 kilos (thinking positive)
- Track all of my food - this is my ongoing battle
