Goals for September

This month I would like to :
  • Complete a minimum of 1000 minutes of cardio
  • Attempt 5ks a Day = 150 kms on the treadmill (or outside)
  • Work on my arm circuits (every 2nd day)
  • Lose 5 kilos (thinking positive)
  • Track all of my food - this is my ongoing battle
