There's only a couple of things that I really love about the early morning workout, but I think they are 2 big things :
- Gets the workout over and done with. I hate that nagging feeling in the back of my head all day telling me I still have to workout.
- Makes me feel good for the rest of the day. It just makes things better and I feel more positive about everything.
That's it! A couple of simple reasons why I should get up and exercise early every morning and not just on the mornings that I feel like doing it.
It will become my routine, it will become something I love and then it will just be a normal part of my everyday life.
