There is a pump class on a Sunday morning, but I already do pump earlier on in the week and on Sundays I like to do things at my own pace and do my own weights. I use the PT room as well and because there is no PT on a Sunday, I have the entire room to myself, it is heaven. I just listen to my MP3, I dim the lights a little and float off to a whole different world. I have the music on my MP3 timed perfectly with my weight session so by the time I get to stretching the music has slowed down and then right at the very end I just lie there and relax while listening to a couple of my favourite songs. For me, Sunday is the best gym day of the week.

Effie,
ReplyDeleteGains are not good things, but I think they allow us to look at our food and exercise intake and get back to basics. If I don't track, I don't lose. I have no doubt next week's loss will be a good one.
