I had an awesome weigh in this week with a loss of 1.3kgs which takes my grand total to 15kgs gone FOREVER, yes that's right forever, I am never putting that weight back on ever, ever, ever again. Although I had a great weigh in I just missed out on double digits, my weight this morning was an even 100kg so if I don't get the double digits next week I will be a little disappointed.

Back to the gym today and boy what a workout. I pushed myself really hard even at times I thought I was going to die. I started off with a light 5 min warm up on the treadmill followed by a quick 10 mins on the bike. After the bike I did my Sunday weight session. I love my Sunday session, it is so peaceful in the PT room with no one else in there. I can just take my time doing my weights, I don't have to worry about anyone waiting for me to finish or me waiting for a particular machine to be free. Also in the PT room they don't have all the machines they have outside in the main area so I use a combination of machine and free weights. The only thing I am concerned with is that because I am in the room myself I might be singing along a little too loud with my MP3, I hope no one can hear me outside :)

After my weights I went back and finished my cardio session. I did 10 mins on the stepper, 20 mins on the Cross trainer and finished with 40 mins on the treadmill. I was so glad when it was over, but I felt so good as well. I nearly cut my treadmill session short 10 mins, but when I got to the 30 min mark I just told myself that it was only another 10 mins, that I had planned to do the 40 mins and that if I didn't do the whole 40 mins that the only person I would be letting down is me. I am not going to let myself down anymore - that's not me anymore.

My main focus for this week is to track my food and steps, I am shocking at both. I didn't do any food tracking today and I forgot to wear my pedometer so I have no idea how many steps I did today. I even looked at the thing before I left the house and it didn't even occur to me to actually put it on. I did wear my HRM though so that was a positive for me.

My give up this week is takeaway so hopefully that will help me get to double digits next week. I can't wait to get there. My exercise plan for tomorrow is Body Attack and 50 mins on the treadmill (foot pending).


  1. You are a machine! I need to go and read your workout things. I just make it up as I go along in the little gym in our condo. I've been wanting some kind of a programme to follow so will look at yours. You certainly deserve to be in double digits. I'm very very determined to be there before this year is over. Just 10.4 to go.
