Just Another Workout

Today's workout consisted of Day 7 of my Shred DVD followed by 60 mins on the treadmill with a 5 min cool down, the re-start of my 200 Squats program plus my usual stretches.

The first half of the treadmill workout focused more on speed while the last half was all about the incline.
