- Continue with the 200 squats program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Continue with the 100 push-ups program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Continue with the 200 crunches program for the Winter Ninja Challenge
- Complete at least 30 mins of cardio per day
- Run a total of 50 kms either on the treadmill or outside
- Add in some circuit training
- Lose 4 kilos (thinking positive)
- Stick to my food and exercise plans
- Practice my planks and increase the time by 5 seconds each week
- ***UPDATE*** Complete the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD

Hi there Jane, nice to find you via Drab to Fab. Great goals for July and your whole commitment is really inspiring. And I love that quote from Janae, it's so very true. I'm a learner runner but very much want to exercise for my mental health rather than for weight... tho it does help, for me the food is the thing for the weight. Anyway, lovely to read around your blog.
