*Restart Review - Week 3*
I had a much better week this week. Although I did follow my food and exercise plans I could have done a better job at it. I will get there, my head is still just adjusting to new things, my new habits. I know when my brains starts functioning properly my body will catch up as well - thinking positive here cause I am going to go from Drab 2 Fab, one step at a time.
The Good
- I lost weight (again, 2 weeks in a row)
- I drank my water - 8 glasses a day
- I got back on the treadmill and it felt really good to be there
- I said "NO" to Hungry Jacks
- I didn't get enough sleep
- I did eat take-away pizza - that Goodfellas across the street is just so delicious
- I could have done more exercise
- I didn't plan food for every day which left me a little unsure at times
- I didn't use my 10 Things I Want More list when at times I know I should have
- I didn't lose as much as I would have liked, but a loss is a loss :)
This Week :
I Won't . . . . . . . . . .
- Have take away (still trying to conquer this one)
- Have a second helping of everything
- Eat just because I feel like it
- Eat any biscuits
- Exercise a minimum of 30 mins for 6 days
- remember to use my portion plates
- Track, track and track all of my food
- Drink tea - helps relieve stress - stops me comfort eating
I decided to swap my desserts for fresh fruit so I could have my meringue once a week. It's just plain silly to completely deny myself a treat knowing that an apple or a cup of tea won't always do the trick to help me forget about my sugar cravings. I also know that complete denial will end in a massive binge attack. I would rather spend my 3 points on cooked sugar rather than 30 points on whatever is lying around the kitchen. I am sure I can easily save 3 points per week for my meringue :)
