Weekly Review : Week 2

It's Thursday and that can only mean one thing! It's time for..............

*Restart Review - Week 2*

Well my week went nothing like I had planned, it was all over the place. I haven't been sleeping well lately (2 - 4 hours a night) so I think that may have something to do with it. I just wasn't motivated physically at all. Mentally I seem to be in a good place with the best intentions, but physically I just can't seem to get where I want to be and everyone knows that 'best intentions' don't help you lose weight. So I am just going to have to push myself even when I don't feel like it. I know it will make me feel good and maybe even help me sleep better.

The Good
  • I lost weight
  • I drank my water - 8 glasses a day
  • I made some 'lucky dip exercise' cards that I have to pick out of a box. Whatever exercise I choose I have to do. It could be a treadmill run or interval workout, an exercise DVD, a home-made circuit or just some skipping.
The Bad
  • I didn't do any exercise
  • I didn't get enough sleep
  • I didn't follow my food or exercise plans
  • I had take-away (blast you Goodfellas - fantastic pizza place across the street)
The Ugly
  • I didn't do anything I was supposed to do and basically lost a weight loss week! I didn't lose anywhere near as much as I would have liked to, but I only have myself to blame and I am going to fix it.
  • I ate the meringue that my husband bought me from the bakery across the street - I should have used my 10 Things list, but I didn't
*Goals & Challenges*

This Week :

  • Ignore my plans
  • Eat every time I give the kids something to eat
  • Have take away (again - yet to conquer this one)
  • Eat a second helping
I Will . . . . . . . . . .
  • Exercise a minimum of 30 mins for 6 days
  • Only eat when hungry
  • Plan and track all of my food
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal

*Health Blitz*
  • Dessert = 1 night a week ONLY
  • Diet Coke = Water

  1. Dessert has been my nemesis lately too!

    I used to be so good and never eat it but lately, I just can't get enough..=)

    A loss is a loss, but I hear you about wanting to have done more but definitely dont discount it!
