The FIVES Survey

I found this idea on Peanut Butter Fingers the other day and thought it was fun so I stole the idea - No shame here!  Well, I don't think there's any shame in stealing ideas as long as you admit it, is there? 

The theme of the survey is the number five ah ah ahhhhh, sorry, I couldn't help it.  I blame Sesame Street.  Anyway, I'm excited!  I don't know what it is, but I like doing surveys.  They are always fun and always remind me of my teenage days, remember Dolly magazine??
